Special Enrollment Requirements
Because you are enrolling in individual coverage outside the designated Open Enrollment period, which ended January 12, 2018, you must have a Qualifying Life-Changing Event (QLE) to be eligible to enroll at this time.
You must provide the necessary documentation of your QLE before we can accept your application for coverage. Listed here is the documentation you must provide for each QLE.

Please Note: Coverage will not be in force without the necessary documentation required for a QLE. Relocation requires proof of prior coverage to qualify.
