Build your network
First things first: Find your most convenient in-network hospital, urgent care, and doctor through our provider search. Then, put their info straight into your smartphone so you have it conveniently at your fingertips whenever you need it.
And remember, you’re only covered if you go to an in-network doctor or facility (except in the case of a medical emergency, then get yourself to the nearest ER!)
Set up your free annual wellness exam
An annual wellness exam is a free comprehensive preventive exam with your primary care provider. Always a good idea to get this done early in the year!
The exam includes: preventive tests, screenings, shots, and referrals for other care. See the documents below for a list of covered services:

Get those peepers checked
Did you know that all Friday health plans include a free yearly eye exam? Well, they do.
So if you’ve been thinking about getting your eyes checked out, you can go right ahead and do so. Visit vsp.com to find an eye doctor near you.
Individual members, set up your monthly premium payment
On the Member Portal, you can enter a credit card or bank account for automatic on-time payments, making sure your coverage stays put. We take checks too!
