When is my premium payment due and how can I make a payment?
You will need to pay the following month’s premium by the 20th of the month before. You can make a payment through the automated phone system at 844-279-4335. Please have your invoice and method of payment handy—either credit card or bank account. Or you can also contact the Friday Care Crew. Once payment is processed, you can request a receipt at questions@fridayhealthplans.com.
Do I qualify for a government subsidy?
You might be surprised to learn you do qualify for financial assistance with your monthly premiums. Individuals who earn less than about $51,040 annually qualify, as does a family of four earning less than about $104,800. Visit healthcare.gov.
Can I switch health plans during open enrollment?
Yes, open enrollment is the right time to switch from one health plan to another. To switch to Friday Health Plans from another health insurance company, you can enroll directly with us, your broker, or through healthcare.gov. Be sure to cancel your other plan as well.
If you want to stay with Friday but want to change your plan or your personal information has changed, visit your Friday Member Portal to make those changes, or through healthcare.gov if you enrolled there originally. Or give us a call.
How can I get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses?
To get reimbursed, please send a copy of your receipt and SuperBill (that you can request from your doctor) to questions@fridayhealthplans.com with your name, date of birth, phone number, and email.
For breast pumps, you can submit a receipt and prescription to questions@fridayhealthplans.com with your name, date of birth, phone number, and email.
