Provider Hub

Friday Health Plans has grown incredibly quickly, which is a testament to the strength of our mission of delivering affordability, simplicity and outstanding customer service.  Unfortunately, Friday has been unable to scale our financial infrastructure to match the pace of our growth and secure the additional capital required to run our business. As a result, in collaboration with the Colorado Division of Insurance, we agree with the decision that it is necessary to wind down our Colorado business operations over time. While we are deeply disappointed, we believe this action is in the best interest of our members.

In agreement with the Colorado Division of Insurance, Friday Health Plans of CO policies will remain in effect through the remainder of the 2023 plan year, December 31, 2023, so long as members continue to pay their required premiums.

You should continue to treat Friday members through December 31 in accordance with your contract. Friday will continue to handle provider calls and process runout claims for some period of time, but we encourage you to submit claims timely. Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact your Provider Relations and Contracting team via email at CO-providers@fridayhealthplans.com or via phone at 844.465.5500.
