How to Use DispatchHealth

Remember the house call from way back in the day (like the 1930s back in the day)? When family doctors would walk five miles with their bulky doctor bags to visit sick folks laid up in their beds?

Well, we’re here to tell you the house call is officially back -- and it’s faster, easier, and better than ever. Meet DispatchHealth, an in-network urgent care service in the comfort and convenience of your own home or workplace.

Currently serving Friday members in the certain parts of Colorado, Georgia, and North Carolina, DispatchHealth is on-demand urgent care that comes straight to you. That’s right. A medical professional drives to you (within an hour of your request) and treats you where you’re most comfortable, for a $75 flat fee.

Here’s how it works:
1) Request Care

Requesting care is easy; simply use DispatchHealth's website to start the virtual triage process.

2) Explain Your Symptoms

Dispatch providers will triage your symptoms over the phone to understand what's wrong and get the right care en route.

3) Receive Care in Your Home

On average, DispatchHealth's mobile teams arrive on-scene within an hour. They are ER trained and equipped to treat anything an Urgent Care can.

DispatchHealth treats a wide-range of conditions, like:

Common Ailments: Fever, Cough, Cold, Flu, Headaches / migraines, Urinary tract infection, Dehydration, Anxiety
