The following positions are opening at our Denver and Alamosa offices:
Internal Consultant (Denver or Alamosa)
The Internal Consultant works under the direction of the EPMO to analyze business and technical processes and is a major contributor to requirements definition, specification and documentation. This position acts as the primary liaison between business owners and IT and ensures the technologies implemented support the core business functions. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the EPMO to prioritize and manage project delivery. This position will support project management through scheduling, documentation and follow-up.
Customer Service Representative (Alamosa)
Under the general direction of the Customer Service Director, this position is responsible for responding to suggestions, inquiries and complaints/grievances from members and providers regarding claim status, claim payments, eligibility/enrollment, plan benefits, referrals, etc. and ensuring timely resolution.
Referral Coordinator (Alamosa)
Under the general direction of the Director of Medical Management, the Referral Coordinator position is responsible for all referral requests. This position also serves as a liaison for customer service, claims and pharmacy.
