Announcement Regarding Small Group Offerings

Friday Health Plans was created for people who buy their own health insurance, and
we are rapidly growing in the Individual and Family Market. In order to focus on this
singular goal, Friday is in the process of exiting the small group market in all our states (Colorado, Georgia,
Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas) and stopped quoting
new small group business on June 1, 2022. We realize this decision may impact some of our members.

Here are some details to know:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Any small group plan with a contract that goes into 2023 will remain in force
                                    until the final contract date.
                                  • We will send notices to group sponsors and participants following applicable
                                    law, informing them they need to pick another health plan.
                                  • Many small groups would benefit from enrolling in an ICHRA (Individual
                                    Coverage Health Reimbursement Account). Your Friday Account Executive
                                    can connect you with ICHRA training and administrators to better equip you
                                    to transition groups to this increasingly popular offering.
